Casa Bonita - Payment, Terms & Conditions

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:

We are flexible in terms of your booking start/finish/duration term, we have NO fixed change-over day and will accommodate booking requests for arrival/departure on any day of the week, however, the minimum rental period is 7 nights (no maximum). The villa will be ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure, however, whenever possible, we will try and accommodate earlier/later arrival/departure times.

PAYMENT:

To formally secure your booking we require a reservation deposit of £150 per week, the remaining balance will fall due for settlement 8 weeks before your scheduled arrival date. Where the scheduled arrival date is less than 8 weeks from the date of booking, we will require payment in full to reserve/confirm the reservation. 

A refundable security deposit/bond of £150 is payable with the balancing rental payment. This will be refunded immediately our management team have completed their post departure inspection. 

All payments are to be made via BANK TRANSFER, full details will be advised within the booking form.  

MAID SERVICE:

The price includes freshly laundered bed linen, bath & hand towels. Rental periods of 12 nights plus will benefit from a mid occupancy clean & full linen change. Beach and sun-bed towels are provided for the duration of your stay. 

POOL:

Pool heating is included in the price during the Winter season, October to April inclusive, only. Any requirement for pool heating during the Summer season period, May to September inclusive will be subject to a surcharge of €10 per day, paid locally.

HOT TUB:

Use of the hot tub is subject to a charge of £12 per night, for the duration of the booking. This includes luxurious towels and a bottle of Cava

AIR CONDITIONING:

Air conditioning, when/if required, is available via a coin operated slot-meter system.

AMENDMENTS/CANCELLATIONS:

Our standard Terms & Conditions and cancellation policies are documented within our formal Booking application form, a copy of which can be forwarded upon request. 

NB:

Casa Bonita caters for family groups only! as such, the villa is not suitable or available to young, hen/stag parties and we reserve the right to decline any booking requests from guests who we believe fall into this category.
