The dining area has patio doors leading to the sun terrace for that "almost alfresco" experience, alternatively take advantage of the climate and barbecue/dine outside on the patio furniture which comfortably seat six people.

The villa has a heated pool (7.5m x 3.5m) and a luxurious hot tub/spa, an extensive South facing sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine, a secondary patio/barbecue area and, for the hustlers & sharks amongst you, a full size, slate bed, American style pool table, there's also a putting green for the golf enthusiasts, so you can keep your eye and swing in check.
There is also a raised viewing area with seats allowing a view over the sea towards Fuerteventura & Isla de Lobos.
